Alcohol-Based Energy Tincture

The ingredients and their features:

Kola Nut- An African herb used for hunting, gives intense stamina and clarity.

Guarana- An Amazonian seed packed full of stimulants to reduce fatigue and improve focus and energy.

Damiana- A Mexican herb that uplifts mood and increases feelings of euphoria, while also acting as an aphrodisiac. 

How to take:

This is an alcohol-based tincture. Add 5ml or 2-4 full droppers under the tongue (hold a bit of water in your mouth before adding the tincture to avoid the taste) or add to a drink.
